Sales & On-Line Security Policies

We accept order from Canada Only.

OUR ON-LINE ORDERING SECURITY PROCESS

For ALL Credit Card orders, we will only bill & ship the address that is on file with the credit card company. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Your information is solidly protected when placing your order, through our encrypted Secure Server.

PRICING
While we try to update and maintain accurate pricing, this market changes rapidly (sometimes daily). Therefore, all prices advertised on our website are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are Cash-Discounted, which includes payment by Cash, Interac, Money Order or Bank Transfer. 3% will be added to your delivered price for all non-cash orders (credit card orders). All sales shipped in Canada are subject to applicable sales taxes. When your order is placed on-line, your order will be first checked to confirm current pricing and availability. If there is any increase in our listed prices, you will be notified immediately and asked for your written approval BEFORE your order is processed and charged. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

SHIPPING CHARGES

In order to keep freight costs to a minimum for our customers, all orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Ground Service and includes Loss Insurance for the Full Value of your order. For larger multiple piece order we will ship via the most economical method (Post or Courier). If you would like Express or other methods of shipping, please let us know if the comments section of your on-line order page.

WARRANTIES
We take great pride in our after-sales service. ALL of our products are fully covered by our Dealer and/or Manufacturers warranties. Any problems with your order must be submitted within 3 days from receipt of order. If your product becomes defective during the warranty period, simply contact us and we will first try to solve the problem by telephone, and if required, you will issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, or the contact for the manufacturer (if under Manufacturer's warranty) for repair, replacement or Refund at current market prices. All items returned to us for warranty service must be shipped pre-paid and packed in proper protective packaging and returned "complete" in it's original product box or packaging along with all documentation, cables, software, accessories and a copy of your original invoice. The RMA # MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package or it will be refused.
Please take note that alll RMA's that are tested and found not defective, will carry a $25.00.. charge

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. All system orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit. Any item returned for other than warranty purposes must be done so within 10 days from the original invoice date and the customer will be given credit for future purchases based on the purchase price or the current market price (whichever is less). There are no cash refunds. All items returned for credit must be in their original packaging complete with all components and accessories, and be in new, re-saleable condition. All parts returns or parts order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking charge. There are no returns for credit for all Processors, memory products or software. All shipping charges are non-refundable

ITEMS ON OUR AUCTIONS
All items posted on our aution sites are NEW and are covered by our dealer and/or manufacturers warranties, unless clearly noted. All auctions include a photo of the product along with a complete description of the item(s). Many item descriptions also include a link to the manufacturers site. All prices on our auctions are firm and are not subject to change. All prices are also cash discounted and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment of your auction purchase by other than cash, Money order or Bank Transfer is also subject to the 3% non-cash additional pricing mentioned above. Placing a bid on an item is a legal binding agreement to purchase that item. If you have ANY questions about the product or want to confirm shipping costs, please contact us BEFORE placing your bid. If you place your bid in error, we must be notified within 24 hours to cancel your bid. Any bidder who fails to complete their transaction without good cause or immediate notification will be blacklisted, which prevents them from bidding on any of our future auctions
